Applicable to new and existing clients of Beverly Wilshire Dental
Full up-front payment of RM999.00 is required prior to any redemption.
Redemption is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Entitle for 15 % for any additional ala carte dental treatment
By appointment only, redemption must be made at least one (1) week in advance, subject to availability.
Dental scaling & polishing must have a minimum four (4) months gap between redemptions in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome. This package is not including Air-Jet Polishing.
Teeth Whitening (BlancOne) must have a minimum six (6) months gap between redemptions in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome.
Tooth Extraction is for normal extraction only in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome. This package is not including surgical tooth removal and wisdom tooth removal.
Dental Fillings is done in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome. This package is not including removal of existing dental fillings.
This package is not including one off Consultation Fee @ RM50/person & Registration Fee @ RM15/person
This package is not including medication, diagnostics and products
OneDental4U is non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances.
